President

Ron brings more than two decades of business ownership, management, and government contracting rooted in his Native Hawaiian heritage, from directing software development and transition at C4 Solutions on Yokosuka Naval Base to engineering roles with Eleu Pacific and HI-50 Services. A Mamo of the Royal Order of Kamehameha, he has employed more than one hundred community members as a local small-business owner.

James is a seasoned executive whose leadership spans federal contracting, finance, agentic AI solutions, aviation, GEOINT programs, and highly regulated operations. His experience in U.S. Navy deep-sea operations forged a disciplined, mission-first approach to leadership, one grounded in precision, resilience, accountability, and decisive execution under pressure. He has led cleared teams, directed complex contract performance, overseen financial and operational controls, and managed facility security in demanding environments where trust and compliance are nonnegotiable. James has supported critical missions across the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Defense Health Agency, and other federal agencies, consistently transforming advanced capabilities into secure, dependable, and mission-ready results.

Tony is a mission-driven executive with more than two decades of leadership across federal service, military operations, and government contracting. A retired U.S. Navy Medical Service Corps officer and U.S. Marine veteran, he brings firsthand experience leading strategic planning, healthcare operations, business development, and mission support in complex, high-stakes environments. His expertise spans Department of Defense and civilian agency markets, where he has built partnerships, advanced growth initiatives, and aligned organizational capabilities with critical government missions. Tony holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation and leads Hokua's growth, strategic partnerships, and federal market strategy, positioning the company to compete, scale, and deliver lasting mission impact.
